PAM HARRIS is shifting the way we view and teach mathematics. She is a mom, former high school math teacher, university lecturer, and the founder of Math is FigureOutAble. Math teachers around the world rave about her online Building Powerful Mathematics workshops. For over 20 years, Pam has been helping leaders and teachers reach more students in less time so that students math with confidence and success. leadership enabling consistent expansion and prominence, while also helping to navigate trying times such as the COVID-19 pandemic. Receiving many honors over the years, Michael was recently recognized as the #1 Leader on Modern Healthcare’s 100 Most Influential Leaders in Healthcare for 2022.
SHELLEY and TARA have been research partners since the start of the Ontario fractions research (led by Dr. Cathy Bruce at Trent University) in 2011, and are co-authors along with Cathy of the resource Rethinking Fractions: 8 Core Concepts to Support Assessment and Learning. Tara is the Director of Research the PEAR Learning Lab (Partners in Education and Action Research) in the Trent University School of Education. Shelley retired from the classroom as a secondary school mathematics teacher after years as a K–12 curriculum consultant and provincial mathematics lead.
